8. Refund Policy

  • Certification exam fees: ❌ Non-refundable

  • Annual Maintenance Fee (AMF): ❌ Non-refundable

  • Training courses: ✅ Refundable within 7 days, subject to usage conditions

9. Certification Policy

By registering for any certification exam, you agree to follow LYL Corp’s exam rules, including:

  • Verifying your identity

  • Not engaging in cheating, impersonation, or fraudulent behavior

  • Not sharing exam questions or proprietary materials

Failure to follow exam rules may result in revocation of certification without refund.
