LYL Corp International is an independent, international professional certification organization. We develop, examine, and govern credentials in corporate security, business continuity, and human resource management through our certification bodies — CorpSecurity International, LYL BCM, and LYL HRM — held by professionals across [60+] countries.
We exist for one reason: employers need a reliable way to know a professional is competent, and professionals need a credible way to prove it.
How Our Certifications Earn Trust

Every credential is built on a formal Body of Knowledge developed and reviewed by senior industry professionals who have held the roles they certify.
Competence proven, not purchased.
Certification is awarded only on examination performance against a published standard — and for senior credentials, only after verified professional experience. It is never awarded for attendance, course completion, or self-declaration.
Certification and governance, separated.
Each credential is issued by its certification body and governed under LYL Corp International standards — a two-tier structure designed to support independent certification and accountable governance.
Credentials that stay accountable.
Every certificate carries a unique, publicly verifiable ID. Holders commit to our Code of Ethics and maintain their status through annual maintenance and continuing education.
